Vayacog is a dietary supplement containing Phosphatidylserine-omega-3 rich in EPA

Daily dose of one capsule contains:
100 mg phosphatidylserine
19.5 mg DHA
6.5 mg EPA

Directions:

1 Capsule per day, with food. If the daily dose of Vayacog is not taken, the missed dose can be completed the following day (up to a maximum daily dose of 2 capsules). The capsule can be opened and its content be mixed with a spread such as: yogurt, pudding, chocolate spread or cream cheese. Do not heat the capsule or its contents. Pregnant women, lactating women and people taking prescription drugs should consult a doctor before using the product. Prior to the combined use of Vayacog and memory impairment treatment drugs, consult with a physician.
Dispense and keep in original bottle. Store at up to 77°F (25°C). Protect from light and moisture.

Ingredients:
(DHA) from fish source, maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), anti-corrosive substance (silicon dioxide), phosphatidylserine (from soybean), antioxidant (rich extract with tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, rosemary extract) Edible color (titanium dioxide).
May contain soy and fish.
