Dosage and administration

Xalkori is an oral capsule that is typically taken twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. You can take the capsules with or without food. It is very important to swallow them whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, dissolve, or open the capsules. Your doctor will determine the correct dose for you. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions precisely. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if your next dose is due in less than six hours, skip the missed one. Side effects
