We do accept credit cards for the purchase of OTC (over-the-counter) drugs and for prescription medications that are covered by our telehealth solutions. Â

There are no hidden taxes, fees, or surcharges through our website! The only charges you will experience are the cost of your drugs, as listed on our website, and a $30.00 per package shipping charge.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a way of paying for goods or services online. Instead of giving us your credit card details, you write us an e-check and we process it directly. It’s like giving us an electronic check. The transaction occurs electronically within minutes. There are no added fees when paying by ACH.Â
Follow the online checkout process and fill in the required fields: ABA/routing number, bank name, name on the account and account number. All these details are found on the check itself. Alternatively, you can email us a copy of a void check and we will manually process it for you.
Zelle is a payment method that allows you to transfer funds between banks almost immediately and at No Cost. To see if your bank is on the list of participating banks, click on this Zelle link.

If you bank with one of our US partner banks you can pay directly from your online banking, using the email pay@israelpharm.com to send the payment. IsraelPharm is based in Israel, not the United States. Therefore, we do not accept payment via any insurance company and cannot provide support for customers wishing to file a claim with their insurance.
