About our Medical Review Process
Our goal is to provide clear, balanced, practical, accurate and informative content to support informed decision-making and responsible medication use. That’s why every blog post and piece of educational content written by IsraelPharm is reviewed for accuracy by Saul Kaye, BPharm, our founder and in-house pharmacist.
When content falls outside Saul’s area of pharmaceutical expertise, IsraelPharm refers the information to an appropriate medical advisor, medical specialist, or drug manufacturer for review.
Our review process can include verifying:
- Medication names, active ingredients, and approved uses.
- General dosage and administration information.
- Common side effects and safety warnings.
- Prescription requirements.
- Distinctions between brand-name and generic medications.
- References to medical research, regulatory guidance, or manufacture information.
- Clarity around when a patient should speak with a doctor or pharmacist.
Please note: IsraelPharm’s content is intended for general education purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. Please consult with your primary care physician to receive appropriate, individualized advice, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
